Jessica Mosher is an NYC based personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Hi! I’m Jess. I grew up in the mountains of Canada and adopted an active lifestyle from an early age, mostly because if you aren’t constantly moving in Canada you’ll get frostbite and die. My movements of choice were competitive softball, hockey, track and a few brief flirtations with other sports for which you have to be much taller than my statuesque 5’2”. A cheerleader at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, I now serve as cheerleader for you in class or on the personal training floor.

My training style is light-hearted yet no nonsense. I am passionate about what I call “fitness literacy” - the gym equivalent of “if you teach a man to fish…” I love sharing what I know about body science; focusing on the why behind exercises and how functional fitness makes us stronger, happier humans. I want to set you up to feel confident walking into any group class, hotel gym, or big box training floor. I’ll push you hard and keep your technique on point but never let you forget that fitness is supposed to be energizing, empowering, and even a little bit fun.
